DAVID N. INGRASSIA

Mr. Ingrassia has practiced law since 1986, representing creditors in all state and federal courts in Arizona, including bankruptcy court. He received a B.A. degree in Government from Cornell University in 1980 and a J.D. degree from the University of Toledo Law School in 1985.  After law school, he clerked for the Honorable D.L. Greer on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the Business Law and Bankruptcy Sections of the State Bar of Arizona. The focus of Mr. Ingrassia’s practice is the representation of equipment lessors and asset-based lenders, and includes documentation, lien perfection, and asset recovery.
