STUART B. RODGERS – MANAGING PARTNER
Stuart was born in Richland, Washington and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2001 from University of Virginia, and his Masters of Arts in 2002 from University of Arizona. He received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University Of Arizona James E. Rogers College Of Law.
Bankruptcy, Receivership and Creditor’s Rights: Stuart assists Bankruptcy Trustees, Liquidating Agents, Receivers and creditors throughout the southwest (primarily Arizona and New Mexico), with a focus on asset sales, chapter 5 litigation (preferences, fraudulent transfers, etc), and general bankruptcy/receivership/creditor issues.
Real Estate Special Commissioner Appointments: Stuart has significant experience representing Court appointed Real Estate Special Commissioners in both family law and partition actions.
Foreclosures: Stuart assists lenders and investors with Tax Lien Foreclosures, Judicial Foreclosures and Trustee Sales.
Stuart is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New Mexico. Stuart has appellate experience at the District Court, 9th Circuit BAP, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals levels.
Stuart is a Board Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist – State Bar of Arizona and Board Certified – Creditors’ Rights Law – American Board of Certification.
Stuart is passionate about his family and travel and is an avid (aka obsessive at times) amateur boxer.
